Memberships
In 2019, TFG became a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), the world’s largest network of investors promoting responsible investment practices and the incorporation of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) factors into investment decision-making.

Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
The PRI is the world’s leading body for responsible investment. It supports its international network of over 3,000 investor signatories to understand the investment implications of ESG factors, and how best to integrate them into investment decisions and ownership.
In 2019, TFG became a signatory to the PRI

Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN)
The GIIN is a nonprofit organization that seeks to facilitate impact investment so that more capital is allocated to funding the world’s most intractable challenges. The network comprises over 20,000 investors and leaders.

B Lab
B Lab is a nonprofit that assists businesses in becoming a force for good. Through the B Corp Certification, the B Lab verifies companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
TFG initiated our B-Corp certification process in 2020

National Alliance of Forestland Owners (NAFO)
The National Alliance of Forest Owners (NAFO) is a national advocacy organization committed to advancing federal policies that ensure our working forests provide clean air, clean water, wildlife habitat and jobs through sustainable practices and strong markets.

Intentional Endowments Network (IEN)
The IEN is the leading mission-aligned investing network for higher education and other endowed institutions.

The Forest Landowners Association (FLA)
The Forest Landowners Association represents the economic interests of private forest landowners and their unique natural resource assets. Its mission is to ensure an expanding economic climate that enables America’s forest landowners to prosper from their timber resources.

Forest Climate Working Group (FCWG)
The FCWG unites the forest sector by creating a valuable forum for open dialogue and sharing ideas among the coalition’s diverse network of members; speaking with one voice to federal policymakers seeking to make an impact on the climate crisis; and providing policymakers with innovative, science-based ways to leverage forests and forest products as a natural climate solution.
